I love living at the Residences at Capitol View! The staff is super attentive and friendly, the convenience to downtown is excellent. The amenities are plentiful and well maintained. The grocery store on the ground floor is super convenient. And the maintenance staff is super quick! Most of my requests are done within 48 hours, some even same-day.

The entire leasing office and management here is excellent. The events are always a great time and they put in the time to know every resident. The maintenance staff is awesome, fix issues quickly, and I 100% trust them in my house when I’m not there. Even the cleaning ladies are lovely :) I sold my house just to live in the 5 star resort here. You will find every amenity here you’ve ever wanted along with great shopping, restaurants, and activities. You will love living here!

This has been the best building that I have ever lived in. The staff is always super friendly and helpful, amenities are amazing, location is unmatched. Everything is always clean and well maintained in the building from the elevators to the sauna. I would highly recommend living here to anyone that asks.

Very cozy and comfortable. I feel very safe and I love living here. I also love all the amenities that are provided! Everyone in the leasing office is very kind and very helpful as well as the maintenance staff. All in all I love it!

There are great amenities at the building that allow for a variety of different things that make it great living here. When we have had issues with anything in the apartment they're always fixed timely.

Place is very expensive. However, the amenities are fantastic! The sauna is what sold me on the complex. The location is unbeatable. The gym could be better but it gets the job done. The pool is great!

Amazing so far. Just moved in and the apartment is in great shape. Appliances are brand new and the cleaning was super well done. A huge shout out to Adam from the leasing office, he was of great help in getting everything done in time record!

I absolutely love living in this apartment building! The community here is amazing, and the people are so friendly. It's great to be in an environment where everyone feels like family. I also appreciate that the building is pet-friendly - it's so nice to see all the happy dogs around! In addition to the friendly atmosphere, the building is incredibly clean and well-maintained. It's clear that the management team takes great pride in keeping everything in top shape. I feel safe and secure here, which is really important to me as a resident. Finally, the location of this building is perfect. There are plenty of great shops and restaurants within walking distance, and I always feel like I'm right in the heart of the action. Overall, I would highly recommend this apartment building to anyone looking for a great place to call home.

I love living at Residences at Capital View! The apartment building is quiet, clean, the staff is always friendly and courteous and go out of their way to assist you. The maintenance team does an excellent job. Anytime I have reached out to them with an issue regarding my apartment, the turn around time for them to get the problem fixed is always fast and efficient. I would highly recommend anyone moving to Nashville to live at Residences at Capital View. Everyone around is super friendly. Having Publix, central bbq, and Big Shake’s (just to name a few) right there is sooo convenient. Have really enjoyed living here so just renewed my lease and look forward to another year.

Capitol View Apartment Complex is an exceptional place to live. From the moment you walk through the door, you'll be struck by the welcoming and friendly atmosphere. The management and staff are attentive and responsive, and they always go the extra mile to make sure residents are comfortable and happy. The complex is also equipped with a variety of amenities that are sure to please. There's a fitness center, a swimming pool, and a clubhouse where residents can socialize and relax. The community is well-maintained and clean, and the grounds are beautifully landscaped. Overall, Capitol View Apartment Complex is a wonderful place to call home. It's a safe and secure environment with plenty of amenities and a friendly, welcoming atmosphere. I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

Great accessibility - easy walking to State and Capitol buildings, farmers market, Germantown, The Gulch and Downtown/Broadway, Centennial Park and Vanderbilt University. Convenience- having most daily necessities contained within or immediately by the building means that when the weathers bad I still have everything I need close by - gym, indoor resistance pool, grocers, dog areas, cafe/restaurants at doorstep and places to watch the game (in residence amenity areas - or close by) Leasing staff make themselves available for any assistance. Particularly when trying to coordinate the lease arrangements from Australia. They made it easy. Tenants (and their dogs) are friendly and respectful. Real community atmosphere with events spread out over any given month. All goes to making you feel welcome and that you belong.

The Residence is a great place to live. The location is the best part. Being so close to downtown, eateries, and a grocery store makes living in Nashville so easy to get around.
